Shipping Cost
There are 2 levels of shipping cost that can potentially be selected at checkout as follows:
Economy - Least expensive but slower than express shipping.
Express - Faster but more expensive than economy shipping.
Note: These shipping levels may vary in cost based on location of delivery and may change due to the specific product and time of year.
Free shipping on orders over $100.00
Orders over $100.00 have standard free shipping unless express shipping is selected at checkout.
Express shipping for orders over $100.00 is $8.99 per item.
Orders under $100.00
Shipping cost are calculated at checkout. The shipping cost is applied to each item individually and may vary based on the item selected and variation of the item chosen by the customer.
Processing times
Processing times are typically between 1-3 business days excluding holidays. You can contact us at customerservice@everplantshop.com if an order has not shipped with 7 business days.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the shipping cost applied to the item at checkout, but will typically take between 2 - 3 weeks. Please allow some time for supply chain issues but contact us at customerservice@everplantshop.com if an item has not been delivered within 4 weeks of it being shipped.
TAXES & LEVIES
We shall not be held responsible for any international levies, customs fees, import fees, or any other taxes related to an order that is sent or brought outside of the country. The customer agrees to bear sole responsibility for any such taxes imposed on an order.
DAMAGES
After an order is shipped, we are no longer liable for any damages that may incur during the shipping process and delivery. If a customer receives an item that is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to claim with the shipping company.
If we presume that any damage to an item was done after an order arrived to a customer, we reserve the right to withhold and withdraw any claims made.
Wrong Address
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Everplant will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Packages
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
